The Aurora Highlands

There is a new master planned community in the works and another opportunity to live in a brand new home: The Aurora Highlands.  The community will be just a few miles south of DIA, east of E470, between E 26th Ave and E 56th Ave. Over 20,000 new homes will cover a wide range from affordable to luxury. Plans include 10 villages, 4 new schools, 21 miles of trails, libraries, parks, playgrounds, athletic fields, and shopping that will encompass up to 5000 acres.  Home Builders include Century Communities, Richmond American, and Bridgewater Homes.  Century and Richmond are now taking reservations for around 80 homes to be built by next summer.  Bridgewater is a semi-custom builder with homes taking about 6 months to build; they anticipate the first home completed at the end of 2020 at the earliest.
